1. What products do you sell?
We offer a variety of apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories like hats. Each piece is designed with remote work humor and modern style in mind, perfect for digital nomads, tech professionals, and anyone who works from home.
2. What is your sizing like?
Our products are unisex, and we strive to ensure a relaxed, comfortable fit for most body types. Please refer to our sizing chart on each product page to find your ideal fit.
Sizing Tip for Hoodies: Our hoodies tend to run small, so we recommend ordering one size larger than your usual size for the best fit.
3. What material are your products made of?
We pride ourselves on using high-quality materials:
- T-shirts are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, offering a soft, breathable experience with a structured, heavyweight feel.
- Hoodies feature a 100% cotton face with a blend of 65% ring-spun cotton and 35% polyester for warmth and durability.
- Hats are crafted from 100% chino cotton twill (or a blend of chino cotton twill and polyester for our Green Camo version).
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at [contact@loomja.com] (or your contact email). We will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is shipped.
7. What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong product?
If you’ve received a damaged item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately at info@shoploomja.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
8. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Loomja products! However, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or broken. Please ensure you select the correct size and review your order carefully before purchasing. If you do receive a defective or broken item, please reach out to us at info@shoploomja.com, and we will take care of it immediately.
9. How do I care for my Loomja products?
To keep your Loomja apparel looking its best:
- Machine wash cold with similar colors.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Avoid ironing directly on the printed design to preserve the graphics.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
